Mrs. K came to our offices, having issued her own divorce petition.

Decree nisi had been refused by the Court because the particulars of behaviour were insufficient and her husband had backed out of the financial agreement.

With our help the petition was rectified to improve the particulars of behaviour and her financial claims reinstated.
