Dispute Resolution
If you are involved in a legal dispute you should talk to Rees Page about how we may be able to help you.
Parties are encouraged to try and settle cases before taking them to Court and we can analyse your situation and let you know whether you have grounds for a Claim, or whether someone may have grounds for a Claim against you, and offer advice as to how to try and resolve the matter as painlessly and inexpensively as possible.
This can include:-
- Disputes over contracts
- Problems with the quality of goods or services supplied to you
- Misrepresentation
- Professional negligence
If your claim would be classed by the Court as of a low value then there are limitations on the extent to which you can recover legal costs and it may not be in your best interests to be fully represented. If this is the case we may be able to give you some practical advice or agree a limited budget for providing some assistance to you in running the case yourself.
