Divorce
We have experience of dealing with the most complex of divorce disputes and the financial claims that arise from them as well as with dealing with the most straight forward of divorces.
Before you can divorce you must have been married for at least one year and be able to show that your marriage has broken down irretrievably based on one of the following grounds:
- Adultery
- Unreasonable Behaviour
- Desertion
- Separation for five years (or two years if your spouse will agree to the divorce).
