Victimisation
If you have complained about discrimination in your workplace or helped others to do so and as a result are being treated less favourably than others doing a similar job then you are being victimised.
The discrimination you have complained of may be on grounds of race, sex, age, disability, pregnancy, sexual orientation or religion.
If your concerns can’t be resolved through your employers grievance procedure you can make a claim for compensation to an employment tribunal.
If you have been victimised by your employer we can help you to make an application to an employment tribunal for compensation and to help you ensure that the unacceptable behaviour is brought to an end.
A tribunal claim must be made within three months of the act of victimisation taking place so its important that if you have been the victim of discrimination that you contact us now.
