Qualified in 1995, Richard is Head of Dispute Resolution with extensive knowledge of a wide range of Practice Areas including Employment matters, Commercial disputes and contested Probate/Inheritance.

With a varied client base ranging from large Regional businesses to local SME’s and Professionals, Richard rightly receives consistent praise for his diligent approach and ability to empathise.

Richard is accredited as a Mediator by the internationally recognised Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution.

A long-standing Trustee of Charities Action Heart and Beacon Centre for the Blind, Richard is also Clerk to the Governors of a local fee-paying school and a former President of Wolverhampton Law Society.
